Start your day hike around the Victoria Bay area and explore the railway line route cutting through rock and cross Kaaimans River Bridge. This is simply one of the best postcard shots that you can capture on a camera. The world is filled with beautiful scenery, but very few will rival this great area on the garden route.
Day two is a Kayak trip up the Touw River, a short walk to the waterfall, picnic time and then return via the same route. Wilderness will be your overnight base for both nights.
Day Three
Travel down the Garden Route towards Storms River for a visit to the world’s highest Bungee jump at Bloukrans Bridge. If adventure is your thing try this 216m bungee. This is serious adrenalin stuff and not for the faint hearted, so by no means a have to. It is so much easier to watch other people take the plunge down this deep ravine. Visit Storms River and hike to the suspension bridge. There are various routes to explore in this area depending on individual requirement.
Day Four
Hike the Robberg Peninsula in Plettenberg Bay and enjoy the great views of the Indian Ocean. This 4 hour trip will take you around the Peninsula and over the beaches. Take an ocean Safari into the Bay in the afternoon. Overnight in Oudtshoorn
Day Five
The Swartberg Pass, near Oudtshoorn is a great downhill run. Travel to the top of the mountain by car and descend down to the caves where you will have the option to do the standard (1 hour) cave visit or the 1 ½ hour adventure trip. Visit an Ostrich Farm to ride and Ostrich, or dive with the crocodiles at the wildlife ranch in Oudtshoorn. Overnight in Gansbaai
Day Six
Come face-to-face with the largest great white sharks on your ½ day Shark adventure. Get into the cage and eyeball these fiery creatures up close.
